These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ck222 platform at ck222.cam. To register an Account on ck222, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

All transactions are denominated in PKR. ck222 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to reasonable endeavours to communicate such changes to affected Players.
The minimum deposit amount on ck222 is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits, are published in the Payments section of the ck222 platform and may be updated from time to time. ck222 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large transactions in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are targeted for processing within one to six hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are targeted for completion within twenty-four hours on business days. ck222 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered ck222 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ck222 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of potential fraudulent activity, or resolution of any disputed balance on the Account.
ck222 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the ck222 platform at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions where applicable, and expiry dates.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering is calculated based on the total amount wagered, not the net result of wagers. Only wagers on eligible games count towards wagering requirements; contributions from different game categories may vary and will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
ck222 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or permanently close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player is exploiting promotional offers through bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk mathematical combinations of bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal real financial risk; participating in a coordinated scheme with other players to abuse promotions; or registering multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once.
Unused Bonus Funds and associated free spins that are not utilised within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated and no equivalent credit will be awarded. ck222 is not obligated to provide notification of impending bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy where systems permit.
All games available on the ck222 platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, keno, dragon gate, and table games — are sourced from internationally certified providers whose random number generator (RNG) software is independently audited. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the Sportsbook-specific terms, the Sportsbook-specific terms shall prevail in relation to sporting wagers.

ck222's total cumulative liability to you for direct losses arising from any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your ck222 Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ck222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your ck222 Account at any time by contacting ck222 support and requesting Account closure. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC verification.
ck222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to satisfy KYC requirements, or at ck222's sole discretion where it determines that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
In the event of Account closure by ck222 for cause (i.e., following a breach of these Terms), ck222 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all Account Balances including deposited funds where such closure relates to confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck222 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ck222 platform, you agree to first contact ck222 support to seek an informal resolution. ck222 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures specified by the relevant licensing authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
ck222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ck222 will publish a notice on the platform and, where practicable, send notification to your registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
